We provide a range of pool services, including regular maintenance, equipment installation (pumps, heaters, etc.), and repairs for issues such as leaks, pump malfunctions, and more.

The frequency of pool service depends on factors such as pool usage, weather conditions, and the season. However at this time, we only offer weekly service for optimal results.

Our maintenance services cover chemical balancing to include chlorine, soda ash, soda bicarbonate and muriatic acid, filter checks, and equipment inspections. We tailor our services to meet your pool's specific needs.

While we strive to establish a service schedule that fits the preference of our customers, at this time days of service are at the discretion of Ultra Blue Pools.

In the case of adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel services for safety reasons.

We do not provide services on recognized public holidays. If your regular service day falls on a holiday, we will make efforts to reschedule within four days or credit your account for a missed service day.

For emergencies, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to address urgent issues promptly, even outside of regular service hours.

In the event of a technician's illness or absence, we'll strive to provide a substitute technician or reschedule services at the earliest convenience.

Yes, you can terminate the service agreement with written notice, as outlined in the agreement terms. We recommend reviewing the termination section of the agreement for details.
